Program:

Ju-Jitsu Butokukai ®

Self-defence for women

Defence against weapons and one or more attackers

Perfecting in the ground and upright combat

Utilization of the sensitive points of the adversaries

Ken-Jitsu, Jo, Tanbo, Tanto-Jitsu, Nunchaku, Tonfa, Yoga

Grading

((For candidates who wish to present themselves for grading, specify it in the registration form for the course)

Organization of the course

Various working groups will be organized :

- Initiation and perfectioning for the beginners

- Special section for teachers and grades of other disciplines

- Special section for female self-defence

One considerable:

Apart from the courses, if you wish it, you will have the possibility of practising other activities, like the bathe at sea (privative beach in the vicinity), the water skiing, deep-sea diving, the exits in boat, the walks with horse or pedestrian; karting, first flight in the helicopter, etc.
